A Win for ORBA and Oceano Dunes

Thursday April 20th, 2023; The Court of Appeal of The State of California upheld the denial of the motion to intervene for the Chumash Tribal Council, Oceano Beach Community Association and Center for Biological Diversity, confirming the ruling that their interests are adequately represented in the litigation.

This ruling is in favor of ORBA’s efforts, alongside SEMA and Friends of Oceano Dunes, to protect vehicular access at the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area.
