Off-Road Business Association (ORBA) and Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) attend the 2023 Kern County Republican Party Lincoln Dinner with the House of Representatives Speaker Kevin McCarthy. 

The 2023 Kern County Republican Party Lincoln Dinner was a sold-out affair with more than 800 supporters in attendance, including ORBA’s President and CEO, Fred Wiley, as well as Karen Bailey-Chapman, Senior Vice President of SEMA, and Jim Chick, long time industry veteran and member of ORBA’s Board of Directors. 

Fred Wiley says this; “I have worked with Speaker McCarthy for over two decades, and this evening highlighted his career, accomplishments and his plans for the future. Speaker McCarthy made it clear that Motorized Recreation is very important to this country’s economics and social welfare.”
